Suggestion:

Allow any cannon speed at and below Y-10​

Detailed description:

Cannoning below Y10 which are mostly 1 stackers can go up to really fast speeds up to 0.05 seconds. Going through sand walls at Y1 with a 3 second cannon will simply take too long. If allowed faster than 3 seconds going through walls can be easier and more challenging for the defending faction to stop the cannon. However this would be balanced as countering a Y1 box is way more easier than countering a full 255 box.​

Reason(s):

Everyone other server allows fast cannons below Y10 to either raid for fun or get through sand walls more efficiently.​
