Allow 1 -> 10 stackers and rev hybrids in the same box​

Detailed description:

Allowing a 1 to 10 stacker and a rev hybrid cannon in the same box is essential for rev raiding. It is impossible to use a 3 sec rev hybrid to 1 stack through 20c of walls. Allowing a 10 stacker with this rev hybrid allows the possibility of being able to use a rev during a raid as all other servers allow this concept. Here are the rules behind it:

1) Both cannons must be ceggable when any part of the cannon box is breached
2) Both cannons must never shoot at the same time
3) Revs must shoot at the allowed cannoning speed above y10 because if though the shot is coming in at y1, it is stacking up to 255 (revs must be 3 sec)​

This gives all possibilities to raid on our favorite server pikanetwork!​
