"Additional Info" in staff applications​

Detailed description:

My suggestion is basically to add back the "Additional Information in staff application, as it could help aspiring staff to enter any additional information they'd like to add, apart from their staff application.​

Reason(s):

- Shows that the candidate is eager to share more about their qualifications or personality.
- A chance to comment something other than the questions asked in the application.​
