Addition of /realms​

Detailed description:
/realms would be a brand-new feature for OPPrison that gives every player access to their own personal realm – a private island-like dimension that can be upgraded and expanded over time.

The main goal is to give players a new, innovative progression path that is fun, long-term, social, and balanced. Rewards are focused on cosmetics, unique features, and small boosts, ensuring fairness and no damage to the server economy.


How it works:​

  • Each player can access their realm using /realm.
  • Realms start as a small floating island (with a theme like Overworld, Nether, or End).
  • Players can upgrade their realm by playing the game (through mining milestones, prestiging, crates, voting, etc.).
  • Upgrades unlock structures, resource nodes, and realm levels, making the realm bigger and more rewarding.

Realm Upgrades & Features:​

  1. Structures – Special buildings that unlock passive benefits.
    • Miner Statue → +1% tokens from mining (capped at 3%).
    • Token Forge → trade tokens for temporary boosters.
    • Arena → PvP duel area with friends (fun-only, no loot drops).
  2. Resource Nodes – Small regenerating resources in your realm.
    • Token Ore Node → mine once per hour for a small reward.
    • Cosmetic Shard Node → collect shards to craft tags/titles.
    • Lucky Node → very rare chance of a crate key.
  3. Realm Levels – Progression system based on upgrades.
    • Level 1: Small island, 1 resource node.
    • Level 5: Expanded island, 3 nodes + unlock NPCs.
    • Level 10: Grand realm, 5 nodes + exclusive cosmetics and pets.

Reason(s):

Rewards system:​

Rewards are designed to be balanced and mostly cosmetic-focused, but still meaningful:

  • Unique tags (ex: [Explorer], [Realm Lord]).
  • Titles (shown in chat and tab).
  • Pets (visual only, glowing particle effects).
  • Cosmetic Shards (used to craft new cosmetics).
  • Small token boosts (max +3%).
  • Occasional crate keys (very limited).

Social & Competitive features:​

  • Realm Visiting → invite friends to visit your realm and see your progress.
  • Realm Leaderboard → ranks players by realm level and upgrades.
  • This adds a new flex/social aspect, encouraging players to showcase their grind.

Why this system is innovative and fair:​

✅ Nothing similar currently exists on OPPrison.
✅ Provides long-term goals beyond mining and prestiging.
✅ Rewards are balanced: mainly cosmetics, with only very small boosts.
✅ Creates a sense of personal ownership and progression.
✅ Adds a social and competitive layer with leaderboards and realm visits.
✅ Scalable: staff can add new structures, nodes, and features in future updates.


Reasoning:​

The /realms system would become a unique signature feature for OPPrison.
It gives players something exciting to grind for, something to customize and show off, and a fair way to earn balanced rewards without breaking the economy.

It would add a completely new dimension of gameplay, blending progression, cosmetics, and social competition into one system.​
