Addition of public booster​

Detailed description:

The idea for this suggestion came from the gamemode opskyblock so the way in opskyblock people with the best rank can use a command which actives a public booster for a certain duration.​

Reason(s):

The reason is that in the start the new people who just started it can be really helpful for them like a 2-3x token booster for a certain amount of duration , not only this good for the new players but this also gives godfather rank more perks which i see more interesting which could encourage more players to grind/buy godfather this could also make opprision more active since people would like to get to godfather rank.​

Example(s):

so like there can be 3 boosters
token 2-3x for 10-30 minutes
exp 2-3x for 10-30 minutes
beacons 2-3x for 10-30 minutes​
