Addition of Perks and Rank Color​

Detailed description:

Hello Dev's
Its been 2nd Oplifesteal season with the Ultimate rank introduced to the community
Omega rank the previous Highest rank and the current highest rank Ultimate has no difference with the perks

It feels like 1 having omega is enough making the players not buy keys and try for ultimate rank

My suggestion is addition of some additional perks to the ultimate rank


For eg
Rank color - allows the ultimate rank player able to change his/her rank's color to any combinations they want

Grindstone perks - this command already exists but it doest work for the player by saying (u dont have the perms) this command used to work in season 2-3 with the omega rank. I Suggest this perks should be given to the Ultimate rank

Anvil perks - same as Grindstone

Stonecutter perks- same as Grindstone

Changes to Rename command - before the
addition of Ultimate rank having the rename command on omega (the previous highest rank) made sense but with the addition of ultimate rank the perks to ./rename should be only given to Ultimate rank holders

Fly Perks - Giving perms to fly in the spawn region of the gamemode adds to a cool update for the players who have the rank​

Reason(s):

Additions to the perks would make people buy more keys and try their luck on the ultimate rank vouchers
Rank colors can lead to creation of many color combinations
Anvil, Grindstone,Stone cutter perks would have a purpose again
Rename perks to only few players with the ultimate rank will make rare item renames distributed to the community
With the fly perks many p2w players would find it interesting and would buy more seasonal keys to try getting the ultimate rank​
