Denied Global Adding timer to command /nick

Suggestion:

Adding timer to command /nick​

Detailed description:

Once players use /nick command, they should have a timer for about a minute/​

Reason(s):

There are people abusing /nick command,do not want to refer people, breaking chat rules such as "Swearing, Bullying, Promoting players to kill themselves" and instantly change their nickname. This way people CAN NOT report them because they have no evidence.​

Example(s):

You can't use this command for another 1 minute!​

If you see a player is breaking rules in chat and that player have nick name or he is annoying you, yoy can see what is his real in-game name by /realname command. Do /realname <player's nick name> to see what is his name. If player is rule breaking, you need report him with a picture of his rule breaking and if player has nick name then you should screen shot from his rule breaking after you did /realname and proof and realname should be in same pictures
