Adding tiers of pvp​

Detailed description:

Adding tiers to pvp in survival that may prevent tanking as most of us are tanked and get killed within 1 minute of entering the PvP arena, most pros and stacked players just one-shot hard grinding players and this may cause players to rage quit server​
