Adding the One Block Gamemode​

Detailed description:

The one block gamemode is the game where there is a single block that when broken drops the item, but the block is replaced with a new block, and then you progress and create your island. AH and trading would be great here, and there shouldnt be too much inflation.

Add a gamemode specific rule banning auto mining​

Reason(s):

It would be very fun and I have played it on a different server, and I feel it will bring Pika back to life as it is a more modern and new gamemode.​
