Adding /Report Command
Detailed description:
So how it will work is pretty simple
the player will do /report [IGN] [Reason]
the staff members will recieve the
report in game and then they
will spectate the player for a
while if they see any unusual things
then they will ban/mute the player that was
reported then the player that reported them will
recieve a message saying that the player has been
punished but if the report is not true the player that
reported them will recieve a message saying
like we could not spot any unusual activity
from that player and if the reported player goes offline
the player that reported him will recieve a message saying
the player you reported has went offline report again
when hes online or something like that.
