Adding more /killmessages to the gamemode​

Detailed description:

Other gamemodes has diffirent and unique look.
However in survival we only have few killmessages and we can barrley get them so:
- Add new killmessages.
- Add more ways to obtain them.

You can copy killmessages from kit-pvp gamemode or other gamemodes.
Adding more ways to obtain them, like:
/level
/wizardshop
And adding them in crates from epic + and it should have low chances of getting one.​

Survival gamemode has few killmessages which is boring...​
