Denied OP Factions adding fixing dust

adding fixing dust​

Detailed description:

Adding dust you can buy to make the success rate on custom enchants higher and another one where you can make it lower​

Reason(s):

People grind xp for hours for rage just to get a 20% chance of going on your axe/sword just for it to not work adding this will make more people wanna play factions to get in game money and buy these dusts.​
