Adding /expshop​

Detailed description:

By this ssn of op factions you can upgrade spawners with their heads and besides custom books exp became legit usless.Command /expshop is shop where u can buy some rare and unique items for exp.There can be some items u can buy unlimited times and some of the rarer ones can be on stock that resets every 3 days.I think this can be useful since exp is usless atm.​

I don't think keys should be added but I do agree that there should be things like scrolls that you could be buying from the expshop
