add water to pvp arena​

Detailed description:

I am P1aying surviva1 on pika for about 2 years now 1ast season i had most fun in pvp arena becuse there was water and u can use that to escape from enemies and a1so it makes trident a important part to pvp​

Reason(s):

reason is that when 5 p1ayer jumps to gank u there is no way to run there is on1y one way death but with water u can have about 10% chance to escape p1zzzz add water to pvp​

• adding water to the PvP arena in survival can significantly change the dynamics of PvP combat.
• water can affect movement and attack speed, making it difficult for players to navigate and engage in combat effectively
