Add Trade Toggle​

Detailed description:

The /trade toggle command would allow players to enable or disable incoming trade requests. When a player uses /trade toggle, it will switch their trade status between enabled (accepting trade requests) and disabled (blocking all incoming trade requests). This will help players who are busy, in PvP, farming, or simply not interested in trading at the moment to avoid spam or interruptions.

Additionally, when trade is disabled, players trying to send a request will receive a message like:
"This player has trades disabled."​

Reason(s):

This feature improves player experience by reducing unwanted trade spam and giving players more control over their gameplay. It ensures that players who do not wish to be disturbed during certain activities can enjoy the server without unnecessary interruptions. At the same time, it makes trading more organized, since only players who want to trade will have it enabled.​
