Add Tool and Armor Repair System​

Detailed description:

I would like to suggest adding a tool and armor repair feature to PikaNetwork, similar to what exists in GenPvP and KitPvP. For example, in SkyPvP, players should be able to repair their tools and armor using a certain amount of experience points. This would enhance gameplay by allowing players to maintain their gear during battles, encouraging longer and more strategic fights without forcing constant item replacement.​

Reason(s):

• Improves player experience by reducing frustration from broken gear.
• Encourages more tactical gameplay, as players can invest experience to repair instead of immediately crafting new gear.
• Keeps the repair system consistent across multiple PvP gamemodes.
