Add the /condense in combat tag​

Detailed description:

Add the /condense in combat should be done.​

Reason(s):

Since a long time, a lot of people have been going out with a lot of super potions/hyper potions or things like that and they're taking a lot of them. The thing is that when we kill these people we can't get the loot back, we have to have configured the /item filter and above all have it, except that there is a bug with the item filter which is that when you activate and deactivate it everyone can recover the loot and that does not happen for the person who had the kill​

Example(s):

Let's imagine that I kill someone with 64 super potions, by recovering the loot my inventory which at only 36 places is filled, of course I decide to do /item filter except that I have to reject the potions and in the meantime there are 90 % chance that there is someone around so we lose the stuff by doing the item filter, and if we don't do it we lose it too, that's why it should be added​
