Add the ability to rejoin the game​

Detailed description:

When a player disconnects from a game he should have a chance to get back to it in a certain amount of time.​

Reason(s):

Some players might ruin their stats or lose a ranked game just cause they got crashed or their router got reset or an other outside or inside factor. I think this would be a great addition to insure a good experience to the player.​
