Add rewards to cube leaderboard​

Detailed description:

A reward for being on top cube leaderboard like a lot of that specific ore or mine cube boosters of that specific ore.​

Reason(s):

This will usefull for new players at the beginning of new season and will give reward for being on cube leaderboard.​

Example(s):

Example of rewards for the redstone leaderboard :
The rewards for top 3 :-
1st - 64 blocks of redstone blocks
2nd - 32 blocks of redstone blocks
3rd - 16 blocks of redstone blocks
OR
1st - 3x mine cube booster (30 min duration)
2nd - 3x mine cube boosters (20 min duration)
3rd - 3x mine cube booster (10 min duration)​
