i dont this thats what he means
i think he means free ranks that you get by playing (or leveling up)
like from 0-5 noob, 5-10 rookie , 10-20 master... ect

We already have donator ranks (VIP, Elite, and Titan).
"Prestige" or ranks acquired by playing the game are not something we need in my opinion. Too many ranks would make the chat messy, and I don't think free ranks should have any additional perks either. Therefore, there is no point in adding something like that.
