Add Player Ally​

Detailed description:

So as of now there is only team ally like 2 teams can be ally of each other and they wont be able to hit each other but qfter playing the full season i had realised there are many scenarios where you aren't really ally with the whole team but some member of the team so my simple idea is to add particular player ally not the whole team. The team ally should be there but this thing should also be there.​

Reason(s):

As mentioned above there are many scenarios where you dont want to be ally with the whole team but with some particular members in the team. And i don't really see any downside to adding this feature in the game and yea koth will still happen the same way no other mechanics would have any change unless that you cant hit your ally.​
