Add payouts for Team Top in Kit PvP​

Detailed description:

I suggest adding payouts for the top teams in the Team Top leaderboard in Kit PvP, just like in other game modes on the server. This would encourage more competition and reward the most dedicated and active players.​

Reason(s):

Increases competitiveness in Kit PvP

Rewards players who grind and play as a team

Boosts daily activity and interest in the gamemode

Brings balance between all modes that already have rewards​
