First of all, if you want this to get accepted, I'd suggest to make a proper description about what you are suggesting and a more acceptable reason for it.
Second, there are still lots of ways to fight during that situation. If the situation keeps happening and it's always you who dies, you're probably just having a bad strategy. I'd say to not always attack and get stacked as much as you can since you're a final.
