Adding /is ally (island) and /is allychat in csb​

Detailed description:

Because of the island player limit, only a limited number of people can join an island in csb, and if you have a large team / a team with two islands, it will be difficult to move everything from one island to the other, and because of the island player limit, only a limited number of players can join the island. So, if you're in a gank fight with another team and everyone is invisible, you could unintentionally hit a teammate.​

As a result, adding the ally command will make it easier to get to know your team and communicate with them.​
