Add Head Chop To Levels​

Detailed description:

Like all the other game modes, this feature allows you to gain an ability with a slight percentage chance to chop the player's head on kill when you achieve a certain number of levels. **Heads** is a major feature in the Minecraft game adding this to genpvp would make it interesting which directly leads to a lot more fun

The levels in GenPVP are also changing this feature would work perfectly if we introduce this on 10 or 20 levels​

Reason(s):

This feature is in a lot of other game modes I feel like adding this in GenPVP would be fair enough this makes kill challenging​

Example(s):

Introduce skill on the certain level like level 10 or level 20
