Denied OP SkyBlock Add dueling

Add dueling​

Detailed description:

your probily thinking it would be to op and you could kill everyone on your island but what's gonna happen is they have to accept it and you wont lose items you will only lose 30% of your exp and 10% of your money so its not that op but what if you kill your alts for killstreaks well just simply add a cmd that lets people with perms to ban people from dueling i dont really care what the command is but it could be /duelban {username} {time/perm} {reason} or /dban {username} {time example: 1y, 1d ,1m,1s,perm} {reason example: alt} i have my own server that has skyblock and its successful now i made a plugin for it.​

I consider this kind of unnecessary as 1.8 duels are already a thing in practice and is the same version as OpSkyblock so is a -1 for me.
