Add confirmation button for /ci​

Detailed description:

In current Op Fac mode, the command for clearing inventory is /ci. And this command does not requires any confirmation, which means that it will clear your inventory item as soon as your use /ci.​

Reason(s):

I believe adding a confirmation for /ci command is required because some newcomer to Op Fac had been falling into this "/ci for free item" trick in public chat by some players. Even I experience the same trick when I newly join the game mode. Clearing inventory without confirmation might cause some player to lost their valuable items due to mistake or mislead.​

Example(s):

For example, when players do /ci, the confirmation bar pop out similar to crates reward reroll confirmation with warming reminder that player will clear all the inventory items with this command.​
