Add combat logger

pikanetwork should add combat logger in kitpvp, so if anyone gets disconnected for connection reasons while in combat, they won't die instantly and lose all their stuff.

(combat logger is when someone is in combat and they leave the server, a villager spawns in their place, with the same amount of armor and health. But if you kill the villager then that persons items will be dropped, unless that person rejoins before they are killed, Then they can go back to pvping, and not be mad that their horrible connection made them lose all their stuff.
