add back Punch 5​

Detailed description:

Punch 5 works in bow and doing bow boosting.​

Reason(s):

We want old opfaction and old seasons

Now it's boring and we miss old game play​

-1 Punch 5 isn’t about balance, it can be easily abused. Players can knock others out of KOTH or off positions instead of fighting properly. The current maximum punch level is well balanced and keeps fights fair. Increasing it would only reduce skill and make PvP less competitive.
