Add an island log system for /is bank​

Detailed description:

Add an /is log menu that only Island Owners and Co-Owners can open. This menu would keep track of important actions on the island over the last 7 to 14 days, such as:

• Money and crystal deposits/withdrawals from /is bank.
• Placed or broken high-tier spawners and valuable blocks.
• Member invites, kicks, and rank changes.

And this can also be the proof is some one scammed a teammate and blames the other and will help admins figure out the culprit​

Reason(s):

Right now, if someone drains the island bank or steals valuable spawners, the island owner has no way to figure out who did it. Having a simple log menu helps prevent insiding and makes it way safer to invite new team members to your island. It’ll also lower the number of staff tickets made for stolen spawners and scammed island funds.​

Example(s):

• An island owner opens /is log and sees: [14:20] PlayerX withdrew 5,000,000 Island Coins or [15:10] PlayerY placed x10 Iron Golem Spawners.
• If a stack of spawners disappears while the owner is offline, they can just check the log to see who mined it instead of having to guess.
