Add a TopFight Combo

Detailed description:
I am suggesting that PikaNetwork adds a brand-new TopFight / Combo & Knockback Practice mode to the Practice server. This would be a dedicated arena where players can focus on combo chaining, knockback control, and mechanical PvP improvement, rather than just fighting in the standard duel kits.


The concept is inspired by the popularity of Hypixel Housing PvP arenas, where thousands of players log in daily just to practice their combos and fighting style. By implementing a Pika version of this mode, players won’t need to leave the network to practice elsewhere, which keeps more players active and engaged on PikaNetwork.


The mode would work in a flat platform arena floating over the void. The win condition is not based on armor durability or potion healing, but instead on knocking your opponent into the void using skillful combos and knockback management. This makes fights quick, fun, and purely based on mechanical skill, which is perfect for both casual and competitive PvP players.


Core Mechanics:


  1. Arena Setup:
    • Flat platforms placed over the void.
    • Barrier walls may be added to prevent stalling, but the main way to win is to knock your opponent out.
    • Multiple themed arenas (glass platform, stone arena, wooden dojo, etc.) to keep fights fresh.
  2. Modes:
    • Combo Practice: Reduced hit delay so players can chain combos more easily, helping them refine aim and CPS.
    • Knockback Practice: Standard hit delay but with balanced knockback, allowing players to train KB control and movement.
    • TopFight Mode: The competitive version where players duel until one is knocked into the void. Could have ranked and unranked versions.
  3. Features:
    • Statistics Tracking: Longest combo, average CPS, hits landed, total knockouts.
    • Leaderboards: Track top combo players, longest streaks, or most wins.
    • Ranked Ladder: For competitive players who want to prove themselves.
    • Unranked Practice: For casual players to warm up and have fun without pressure.
    • Spectator Mode: Allow others to watch ongoing fights and learn PvP techniques.

Reason(s):
The addition of a TopFight / Combo & KB Practice mode with void arenas would bring multiple benefits to the network:


  1. Keeps players on Pika instead of Hypixel: Right now, many players log on to Hypixel Housing purely to practice combos. If Pika adds its own version, those players would stay on Pika instead, increasing player retention.

  2. Improves PvP skills: Combo chaining and KB control are fundamental PvP skills. This mode would help players develop aim precision, timing, movement control, and CPS consistency.

  3. Variety in Practice: The current Practice server revolves around classic duel kits like NoDebuff, Gapple, BuildUHC, etc. While those are good, they can become repetitive. TopFight would introduce a new type of gameplay that feels refreshing and different.

  4. Appeals to both casual and competitive players: Casual players will enjoy the fast-paced, fun void fights. Competitive players will love the ranked version and stat tracking that let them prove their skill.

  5. Community engagement: This mode could easily host mini-events or tournaments, such as “Longest Combo Competition” or “TopFight Knockout Race,” creating more community-driven fun.

  6. Standout feature: Very few networks outside of Hypixel offer a polished Combo/TopFight system. Adding it here would help PikaNetwork stand out from competitors and strengthen its PvP reputation.

  • On Hypixel Housing or Minemen, PvP arenas focused on combos are among the most popular community activities. Thousands of players use them daily just for practice. A similar system on Pika would attract and retain many PvP-focused players.

  • For instance, imagine a fight where two players face off on a flat glass platform: one manages to chain a 15-hit combo, pushing the other toward the edge, until finally they fall into the void and the fight ends instantly.

  • Another example could be a TopFight FFA Arena, where 10+ players battle on a large void platform and the last one standing is declared the winner.

  • Pika could even add custom cosmetics or win effects to this mode, such as trails or fireworks when a player gets knocked out.

sounds nice and detailed..
although idk why but i feel like premium servers have a bit different mechanics and just overall you can combo and do cool stuff but on cracked servers it feels bland and plain idk why.. might be my 200 ping nowadays tho

its not about ping, idk why everyone says that
its about knockback, in mmc me and my friend went to asia proxy both on 200ms it was so smooth anyways, but on pika were both on 40ms i couldnt hold a 2 hit combo. the kb is so random he will sometimes fly with a hit and no kb with the other
