Detailed description:

Install a mod called simple-voice-chat and you can set that up to the server from tutorials and people should also install simple voice chat to talk with each other​

Reason(s):

That would be great for communicating with teams and with other people so there will be better deals and most of the people will use their minds and not kill noobs which means there will be more players on the server​
