Add a shorter version of the /friend commands​

Detailed description:

Small suggestion, add /f command to serve the same purpose as /friend add, /friends add, /friend remove, etc.
The following words can be shortened too :
/friend request -> /f req
/friend remove -> /f rem or /f r
/friend settings -> /f set​

Reason(s):

Saves a little time
Exists for /party, why not for /friend too​
