Detailed description:

a hotbar manager is a thing that manage your hotbar for you when you buy an item like you buy blocks if your hotbar manager for your blocks is exemple your 7th slot it will add the blocks to the 7th hotbar slot​

Reason(s):

to make life easy to manage the hotbar because having a messy hotbar is bad​
