Add a different type of Market NPC​

Detailed description:

Mining, PvP, or even boss fights could drop a special item. This item is not directly usable you need to take them to a Market NPC to trade them into something useful and the Black Market would open only on weekends and this particular item should have a risk of losing while trading which would spice up things and also put a safe pass type thing which would help a player trade his items without having risk of losing for one time or maybe more depending on how much gold the safe pass is worth.​

This would create a entirely new currency type thing which would increase curiosity in players .​
