Denied Practice Add a 7 block build limit on all modes

Suggestion:

Add a 7 block build limit on all modes (except bedwars)​

Detailed description:

Add a seven block build limit on all modes (except bedwars) so that a player cannot place blocks any higher than those seven blocks.​

Reason(s):

Even though there is less of it now, camping in practice PvP is still a problem. Adding a seven block build limit saves the trouble of having to report that on the forums (having to record as well).​
