A new perk for Sigma Rank or above​

Detailed description:

A disenchant command for Sigma Rank player or above to disenchant armors and weapons. When player uses this command, a similar window opens like the trash window and the player can put all the armors and weapons that he wants to disenchant for experience in there and select the green glass pane just like how we select for trashing items. Also, I would like to suggest that starter kits shouldn't be allowed to disenchant as they can be abuse for farming experience in an unfair way.​

Reason(s):

It is a good QQL to have and can be of great use for SIGMA RANK players who usually trashes the delta, prime & hero kits as they are not that much useful. Can be used by player to gain experience when needed.​
