I'm not sure if this is the right section but, today I went on survival after reporting someone yesterday. And in forums it says that the person has gotten banned for a week, but when I go online today I see the person online. (and it still says he is banned) Can someone explain this?

it might be similar name since if it is not an ip ban the player can just make another account and play, note that (.,-,_,) can make a difference as well.

The player has been issued a warning but it will show on the ban page, if you click it, it gives you more information.
