False ban by moderator on kitmap

Yesterday, I fought a moderator on the kitmap. We were 5 against him. After killing him, he froze me to see if I had no cheat. I have a hard time to understand why me given that 5 players were on him as little you suspect me of cheating? I was checked by this one, he found nothing. Then...
