Hi and please help me

Hi i am banned to enter im the pika server strangelly,i was playing Egg Wars Op with my friend,we are in the enemy base and i was eating alots of golden apple,but then i was banned and i cant enter any more,it say that i have a hacked client but i just have Optifine 1.8.9,can you please help me...
