Server lag

Server is lagging as hell like I'm not getting allowed to use exitlag. what i mean by lag isnt just ping I Just get stuck in the hub and in some time i get kicked for being afk for too long Pika should host server nearby South asia cause mostly players in pika are usually from Pakistan, India...
