Banned uslessly

Thav banned me in the arena-pvp for none. I attacked him because hes appeared in front of me and I see his particles of invisibility. He banned me for "forcfield" (Sorry for my english i'm italian). Anyone can pardon me in Op Factions 2 ? Please
