False ban - Helper didn't see following?

I was banned for "Death Threats," however, in the next chat it clearly says "In Minecraft," as I was about to enter pvp with the individual because he killed me while fishing. The link is the ss I was banned for. Actually insane. https://gyazo.com/7cd5ef4fe8a430d1efbacd44dd8f0e20
