Follow what catboy said I got titan by voting in the same method, I had to use 850 keys while my friend only needed 350 so It's just purely on luck but more the keys the better- Toxic_Siam

You should not have bought Elite when you had temporary VIP, to upgrade current rank you must have permanent previous rank in this case you had to buy VIP first with 1000 pika Iron then Elite with 2000, open ticket to get a refund and buy VIP then save for Elite. Boosting will also reset your stats however do note that the person helping you also get their stats removed so it is not ideal to do it as you can get banned as well.- Toxic_Siam
