    There are few ways you can earn the rank -buy from the store -collect from creates -a gift from friends -win minigames people announce ranks -do /levels -trade There are more than two methods but they are bad so I won't mention them. Good luck

    There were commands to report hackers in-game but players were abusing and were spamming. Few people were doing missed calls while others were spamming out of anger. After a while pika-network has decided to remove that ability.
