It is essential to keep track of when your vote tokens reset. This is what happens when you don't. I don't vote because it isn't worth it, in my opinion.
Recently the anti-cheat has been false banning more than ever. I hope the staff can address this, and I understand that this new anti-cheat is still in development, so this is to be expected.
While there is no perfect anti-cheat, it is essential to have a good one. I would suggest fixing the current anti-cheat. A lot of people are getting falsely banned this will affect the player count in the long term. Just a suggestion.
I totally agree. I kind of miss the old anti-cheat, It used to warn you three times before a 10-minute ban and was way less fragile. I changed my play style to play on Pika now to avoid getting banned. I hope the devs see your post.
I am not sure if they are still active. If you are looking to meet people on the server, you can join the discord here: https://discord.com/invite/eAVpTEy
Java IO exceptions are common on cracked servers like pika. What is interesting to me is the error while Write(...): Broken pipe. I have never seen that before. Pika Network's write pipeline must be having issues. This is interesting because it is usually quite a stable IO write sequence for me.
The new anti-cheat is worse than the old one in my opinion. I think it is a little too sensitive to the point where it bans legit players. I think it is ridiculous to completely change your playstyle to not get banned.
Perhaps Pika Network could open up a new minigames tournament discord server. That would be nice. Sometimes I feel the server is not competitive enough.
If this bug is persistent I would submit a bug report here: https://pika-network.net/forums/bug_reports/ however, if this was a one-time thing I wouldn't waste the effort.
