Scamming isn't allowed on any gamemode aside from OP Lifesteal & Normal Lifesteal, not sure what you mean. However, for the suggestion, I think that the items could probably be sent to /gift if the inventory is full instead rather than implementing a whole new command/GUI. This isn't really about awareness, it's moreso to distinguish between "too light" and "sufficient", and this has always been an issue. Plus, I said for certain rules.
