Ya, it is better than before but still some free external clients can bypass it I have seen many players doing that showing me live and not to mention paid injectable clients can 100 out of 10 times bypass it -
Console banned a hacker
Nope they do not get banned until they are at there last modification which also is a temporary ban Its way too rare to see some hacker to get a perm banned and I bet he probably joined again and hacked -
