this is so stupid

ok so I logged onto this server (WITH MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT) like four years ago and made a random password I have no way to know now. I try to apply to get it changed and they tell me they could not determine if I was the rightful owner. Fair enough, but a little odd since I provided my IP address...
