Accepted Survival An earlier reset + changes for the new season
A reset would give survival a chance to get back on its feet, player numbers are down and the economy is shot so a reset would be a great way of giving everybody a fair chance at getting back on top. The netherite pick bug is already known, Its been around since the update to 1.16. You can still get lag spikes if your PC isn't up to scratch it isn't entirely up to the server to handle everything. -

The demo video is private but I get the idea of what the mod does. Pretty handy for pvp servers :) nicely done, Especially for your first mod with forge, Have you checked out the fabric loader yet? Apparently its overtaking forge for 1.16 onwards -

Denied OP Prison I think it would be better to make multiplayer by 0.1 every prestige not 0.05

What timezone is this? I play fairly often and yes there are lag spikes but nothing nearly as bad as you seem to be making out. Are you sure your PC can handle mp servers? have you changed any settings, installed optifine etc? -
